This agreement is for the expansion of the premium golf cart [ROYAL COACH] into the Kyushu region, a cart designed for special occasions such as business entertainment and dates.

[ROYAL COACH] is a luxury model that incorporates comfortable equipment and high-quality design found in luxury automobiles into a golf cart, transforming travel time itself into a valuable experience. It provides unprecedented added value for entertaining wealthy clients or important guests, contributing to enhancing the golf course's brand power and differentiation from other facilities.

Furthermore, Mikasa Seisakusho is also promoting the rollout of [OASIS], a retrofit cooler for existing golf carts, in addition to the full-spec golf cart [ROYAL COACH].

[OASIS] is an air conditioning system that can be retrofitted to existing golf carts, and has received high interest from golf courses nationwide as a measure against extreme summer heat and heatstroke. Its feature is that it can be installed without replacing the vehicle, improving comfort while keeping capital investment low.

Through this sales agency agreement with Sashikaiya Co., Ltd., we will support the enhancement of added value for golf courses in the Kyushu area from two perspectives: providing a luxury golf experience with [ROYAL COACH] and implementing heat countermeasures and safety measures with [OASIS].

Sashikaiya possesses a strong network with golf courses and related facilities in Kyushu, and its strengths lie in its proposal capabilities, which are deeply familiar with regional characteristics, and its detailed post-installation support system. Through this agency agreement, we will leverage the company's regional base and sales capabilities to promote the introduction of [ROYAL COACH] throughout Kyushu.

Moreover, beyond the deployment of [ROYAL COACH], we will also be able to provide services such as healthcare to golf courses, contributing to the overall enhancement of the golf course's value.

Mikasa Seisakusho will contribute to the creation of high-quality hospitality and new golf experiences at golf courses in Kyushu through its collaboration with Sashikaiya.
