(Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Taro Suzuki)—the operator of the subscription-based personal training gym brand 'ELEMENT'—is proud to announce the grand opening of 'ELEMENT Hongo 3-chome' on March 1, 2026. The new facility is located at 2F Yamamoto Bldg, 3-39-9 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.

Since 2020, ELEMENT has expanded to 64 locations nationwide, primarily in Tokyo, offering unlimited personal training for a fixed monthly fee of 39,800 JPY. We support our customers in making exercise a habit through 30-minute focused sessions, aligning with the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's definition of exercise habituation (exercising at least twice a week for over 30 minutes for more than a year).

### Service Details ELEMENT offers 30-minute ultra-concentrated training sessions. The Hongo 3-chome branch provides three main menus:

- **Weight Training** We provide support with free weights and bodyweight workouts. From muscle building and body sculpting to functional improvement for specific areas of concern, we design the optimal training plan for each individual.

- **Machine Pilates** The equipment supports your body, and by adjusting the load, you can target muscles effectively to change your body line. It helps realign the body from distortions and twists, bringing out your naturally beautiful body line.
