Event and training casting operations are still often conducted analogously. Organizers have limited networks, leading to limited candidate pools, and selection/adjustment takes time. Meanwhile, suppliers do not receive information about events, or incur sales costs to acquire new business, resulting in missed opportunities that should have been matched.

With "MICE Casting," organizers can complete supplier searches, performance requests, and condition adjustments online, significantly improving the efficiency of casting operations.
