The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Tourism Foundation (Public Interest Incorporated Foundation) are implementing the 'Tourism Industry Attractiveness Support Project' to communicate the rewards and appeal of tourism careers, through website launches, events, workplace visits, and job experience programs.
Now, participants are being recruited for the 'Tourism Industry Discovery Fair TOKYO 2026' and the 'Workplace Observation Program,' which offers direct interaction with staff working in tourism fields.

Theme: 'The Future of the Tourism Industry'
Speaker: Seiichi Suzuki

Mr. Suzuki will deliver insights from a leading tourism company’s perspective on the industry’s potential and future outlook.

Speaker: Mayuko Kawai (Model and Actress)
Born in New York, USA, Ms. Kawai has appeared in numerous variety and information programs. Drawing from her experiences filming in various global locations, she will discuss the future of the tourism industry.
③ Networking Corner and Mini Stage with Tourism-Related Companies
Five tourism-related companies will participate, offering booths where attendees can directly learn about job satisfaction and career insights.

– A space to casually hear authentic stories from employees working on the front lines.
- Mini Stage: 'The Appeal of Working in Tourism? Discover Work Styles and Career Possibilities That Suit You'
