The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau are implementing the "Support Project for Enhancing the Appeal of the Tourism Industry" to convey the rewards and attractions of working in tourism. This project includes the launch of a website, holding events, and offering workplace tours and work experience opportunities.

We are currently recruiting participants for the "Discover the Appeal of the Tourism Industry Fair TOKYO 2026" and the "Workplace Visit Program," where you can interact with staff active in the tourism field.

Originally from New York, USA, she has appeared in numerous variety and information programs. She will speak about the future of the tourism industry, drawing on her experiences filming around the world.

3 Networking Corner with Tourism-Related Companies and Mini Stage

Five tourism-related companies will exhibit, offering booths where you can directly ask about the rewards of working in tourism.

- Networking Corner: "Tourism Job Networking Lab ~Let's Hear the Real Voices of Working People~"

- A corner where you can casually hear the "real voices" of employees working on the front lines.

- Mini Stage: "What's Appealing About Working in the Tourism Industry? Career Possibilities That Suit You"

- A panel discussion by individuals active in the tourism industry.

Workplace Visit Program

A program to observe the forefront of the tourism industry and hear directly from staff about their job satisfaction and responsibilities.

This time, we have prepared a program to tour Haneda Airport.

We are currently accepting applications for this program.

Capacity: 10 people (lottery if applications exceed capacity)

Target Audience: Students (high school graduate and above) and job seekers interested in the tourism industry in Tokyo.
