Building the Next Career Together: Tokyo Digital Academy Young Engineer Course FY2026 Recruitment Begins

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and GovTech Tokyo launched the 'Tokyo Digital Academy Young Engineer Course' in FY2024 for young private-sector engineers. The course aims to help young professionals advance their careers and increase their income while producing job-ready DX talent equipped with the latest technologies. We are now announcing the start of recruitment for this year's course.

[Course Overview]
- Reskilling programs in 'App Development,' 'Cloud Infrastructure,' and 'AI/Machine Learning.'
- Dedicated concierge support for daily learning and career development.
- Opportunities for skill-up events and practical experience.
- Subsidies up to 300,000 yen upon completion.

[Eligibility]
- Born on or after April 2, 1991.
- Experience in IT-related roles with the intention to continue in the field.
- Intent to achieve career advancement through employment or job changes.
- Residing in Tokyo, working in Tokyo, or planning to work in Tokyo.

Approximately 500 participants will be selected. The curriculum includes courses provided by SAMURAI Inc., Kikagaku Inc., and Classmethod Inc. The program also offers career counseling, networking events, and pitch events. Applications are open from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
