Metro Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd., based in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture, has launched the 'Mini Poka HYBRID' as part of its updated 'Mini Poka' infrared livestock heater series. In response to rising energy and feed prices, the new series focuses on energy efficiency and stable rearing environments. By utilizing the unique 'Spiral Orange Heat' carbon lamp heater, the 100V model reduces power consumption by 20% (from 300W to 240W), and the 200V model by 10%. Safety is prioritized with dual power-off switches linked to the suspension chain, ensuring the power is cut if the unit falls. The units are also designed to be vibration-resistant and splash-proof. The HYBRID model combines 'Spiral Orange Heat' and 'Red Colche Heater' to provide both deep heating and visual warmth for animals.
