Notice Regarding Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes Effective April 1

We hereby announce the following organizational restructuring and personnel changes, effective April 1, 2026.

1. Overview of Organizational Restructuring

1) Establishment of the "Resource and Environmental Operations Management Department."
2) Establishment of the "Quality, Safety, and Health Promotion Division."
3) Reorganization of the "DX Promotion Office" as an organization reporting directly to the President.
4) Establishment of the "Information Security Management Department."

<Environmental Engineering Business Division - Resource and Environmental Business Department>
The "Resource and Environmental Operations Management Department" will be newly established. The Third Group of the Resource and Environmental Service Department will be abolished, and its functions will be transferred to the "Resource and Environmental Operations Management Department."

<Quality, Safety, and Health Promotion Division>
The "Quality, Safety, and Health Promotion Division" will be newly established, and the "Safety and Health Management Office" and "Quality Assurance Management Office" will be transferred under its jurisdiction.

<DX Promotion Office>
The "DX Promotion Office" will be placed under the direct control of the President, and the "Information Security Management Department" will be newly established.
