Notice of Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes Effective April 1

Our company will implement the following organizational restructuring and personnel changes effective April 1, 2026.

1. Overview of Organizational Restructuring 1) Establish a new "Resource Environment Operation Management Department." 2) Establish a new "Quality and Safety and Health Promotion Headquarters." 3) Make the "DX Promotion Office" an organization directly under the President. 4) Establish a new "Information Security Management Department."

<Environmental Engineering Business Headquarters, Resource Environment Business Division> Establish a new "Resource Environment Operation Management Department." Abolish the Third Group of the Resource Environment Service Department and transfer its functions to the "Resource Environment Operation Management Department."

<Quality and Safety and Health Promotion Headquarters> Establish a new Quality and Safety and Health Promotion Headquarters and transfer the "Safety and Health Management Office" and "Quality Assurance Management Office" to it.

<DX Promotion Office> Make the DX Promotion Office an organization directly under the President and establish a new "Information Security Management Department."
