'Mentaiju Sauce' is the special sauce that is essential for the 'Mentaiju' served at our restaurants. By pouring it over mentaiko, or by using it as an 'extra sauce' during your meal, you can enjoy a change in flavor.

Due to the recent rise in prices, opportunities to enjoy meals at home are increasing. 'Mentaiju Sauce' instantly elevates the taste of your usual dishes to that of an authentic restaurant, simply by using it in place of your regular soy sauce or seasonings on things like egg-over-rice or sashimi. It can also be used with a variety of other dishes such as cold tofu, sashimi, and tempura. Of course, we also recommend enjoying it at home by pouring it over mentaiko on top of hot rice to create your own 'Mentaiju'.
