Currently, there is a marked delay in digital transformation (DX) at mechanic technical schools, with tasks such as job placement support often handled through analog methods. The increasing burden on faculty and staff has become a serious issue.
Furthermore, in addition to the overall shortage of mechanics in the automotive industry, there is an ongoing shortage of teachers to train them, raising concerns about the 'weakening of the talent-nurturing function itself.'
Given this background, our company is proceeding with the development of a business management tool for mechanic technical schools, aiming to build a system that can be provided free of charge in the future. Through this, we will support the creation of an environment where the workload of faculty and staff is reduced, allowing them to focus on education.
Additionally, our company believes that to revitalize the auto maintenance industry, an approach from both 'workplace support (exit)' and 'student increase (entrance)' is necessary.
We will provide recruitment support and propose workplace environment improvements to companies to prevent mechanics from leaving for other industries. At the same time, we will promote an increase in human resources aspiring to become mechanics by supporting student recruitment and improving the educational environment at schools.
By turning both of these wheels simultaneously, we aim to solve the structural problem of the mechanic shortage and realize a sustainable circulation of human resources.
