'Experience Design Week 2026' will be held daily from July 27 (Mon) to July 31 (Fri), 12:00–12:45, featuring leaders and experts in CX (Customer Experience) and EX (Employee Experience) over five days.

On July 27 (Mon), the speaking session by Shirane Hideo, author of 'The Textbook of CX Management' and representative of our company mct, has been confirmed.

The session title is 'The Easiest Way to Start CX Management'.

While the term 'CX management' is increasingly common, many may still wonder, 'Where should we start?' or 'How can we apply this in our own company?'

In this session, Shirane will be joined by CX consultant Jonathan Brown to clearly explain the fundamentals of CX management and practical implementation tips for businesses, enriched with real-world case studies.

This session is ideal for those who:

- Want to systematically understand what CX management truly means

- Are ready to take the first step toward driving CX initiatives

We invite you to join us.
