AOH has been confirmed to have functions that keep the skin healthy, such as preventing rough skin, conditioning the stratum corneum, and improving skin texture. Ms. Aoshima was comprehensively responsible for the entire development process, from functional evaluation to safety testing. The results led to the launch of the cosmetic ingredient "Lepista" in October 2022. The series of initiatives, which have been steadily accumulating market achievements through adoption by multiple brands, have been highly recognized, leading to this award.
