April 8, 2026, Tokyo – MC Digital Realty Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Kohei Yamashita, hereinafter: MCDR), which develops data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions in Japan, has newly opened the NRT14 data center (hereinafter: NRT14) at its NRT Campus in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture.

Following the NRT10 data center opened in 2021 and the NRT12 data center opened in 2024, NRT14 is the third facility at the NRT Campus. The total server power capacity of the NRT Campus will expand to approximately 100MW. NRT14 features a high-power, high-density liquid and air hybrid cooling environment suitable for cutting-edge GPUs, addressing the diversifying demands for AI infrastructure.

**Hybrid Liquid and Air Cooling Environment Supporting High-Density AI Workloads**
NRT14 is one of the advanced data centers in Japan that has acquired liquid cooling certification (*1). It enables stable operation with both high performance and efficiency for applications such as high-density AI workloads exceeding 100kW, high-performance computing (HPC), machine learning, and virtual/augmented reality, while also contributing to reducing operating costs.
Furthermore, it provides a hybrid facility where liquid and air cooling can coexist, optimally suited for stable operation of GPU servers. In addition to high-density colocation services of up to 150kW per rack, it offers a low-latency and high-speed network environment, meeting the increasing demand for AI infrastructure-ready data centers in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

**Global Platform Enabling Centralized Management of Complex IT Infrastructure**
As digital transformation (DX) and technology accelerate across borders, our mission is to be a "Meeting Place for Business and Data." Each data center within the NRT Campus is seamlessly connected via the interconnection service "Campus Connect," allowing customers to flexibly expand racks utilizing the scale of the entire campus without being conscious of the distance between data centers. Moreover, the interconnection solution "ServiceFabric ®", which enables high-speed and secure access to a vast ecosystem comprising cloud, network, IT services, private AI, etc., provides connections to a wider range of cities and services, including between NRT Campus and KIX Campus, and to over 300 overseas data centers operated by Digital Realty, as well as various service providers.

Additionally, by utilizing Digital Realty's open and global data center platform "PlatformDIGITAL ®," which provides a rich data community consisting of customers, partners, and 1100 cloud/IT services, 1200 network services, etc., across over 300 data center locations in more than 30 countries and 55 cities on 6 continents worldwide, centralized management of complex hybrid IT infrastructure is enabled.
