(President & CEO: Go Kawano) have signed the "Agreement on Support for Employee Retention in Regional Companies" to further strengthen initiatives for solving regional issues through welfare services, aiming for the revitalization of regional economies through support for securing and retaining human resources and improving employee engagement in regional companies.

Objective

The objective is to promote initiatives related to improving employee satisfaction through welfare services, supporting the acquisition and retention of human resources, maintaining and promoting health, and revitalizing local communities by promoting activities through close mutual cooperation and collaboration among MBK Wellness Co., Ltd., Nanajushichi Human Design Co., Ltd., and Relo Club Co., Ltd.

Areas of Cooperation

To achieve the above objective, MBK Wellness Co., Ltd., Nanajushichi Human Design Co., Ltd., and Relo Club Co., Ltd. will cooperate and collaborate on the following matters:

(1) Enhancing the corporate value and recruitment strength of adopting companies through welfare services

(2) Supporting employee retention and improving engagement through welfare services

(3) Promoting regional revitalization utilizing preferential content for members
