(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "CyberAgent") to provide marketing support for advertiser companies.

About this initiative

This initiative aims to introduce partner clients' products, goods, and services to guests staying at accommodation facilities, both offline and online, through "m2m Systems," a guest management software for accommodation facility occupants developed and operated by matsuri technologies, thereby assisting in customer acquisition and PR.

By utilizing the message function for accommodation guests provided by "m2m Systems" and sending optimized dedicated URLs (links) according to guest attributes and stay status, a diverse range of experiences in Japan will be proposed to accommodation guests, primarily inbound visitors.

Background

Through our past operation of private lodging facilities, we have served primarily inbound visitors for private lodgings and corporations for monthly rentals, and have achieved scalable expansion by utilizing five proprietary software solutions in facility operation. The average length of stay for guests in the first half of 2024 was 3.7 nights, indicating many medium- to long-term stays, and we have achieved an annual occupancy rate of over 80% through a combined operation of private lodgings and monthly rentals.

We believe that this collaboration with CyberAgent will significantly contribute to expanding matsuri's functions as an accommodation infrastructure, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing a more comfortable travel experience by adding value to the accommodation experience offered by matsuri.

"StayX" is a solution that maximizes the value of space, primarily driven by software.

It allows a single space to be flexibly transformed and adapted for various uses.

For example, a rental property that could only be leased for two years can be transformed into a facility that can be operated for single-night stays or month-long short-term rentals.
