(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter CyberAgent) to provide marketing support for advertiser companies.

About this Initiative Through "m2m Systems", a customer management software for accommodation guests developed and operated by matsuri technologies, this initiative introduces the products and services of partner clients to guests during their stay both offline and online, aiding in customer attraction and PR. By utilizing the message function for accommodation guests provided by "m2m Systems" and sending dedicated URLs (links) optimized for guest attributes and stay conditions, we propose diverse experiences in Japan to accommodation guests, centering on the inbound segment.

Background In our private lodging operations so far, we have achieved scalable expansion by having inbound tourists mainly use private lodgings and corporate clients mainly use monthly rentals, utilizing 5 internally developed softwares for facility operation. Guest stays tend to be medium to long term, with an average stay of 3.7 nights in the first half of 2024, achieving an annual occupancy rate of over 80% through operations combining private lodgings and monthly rentals. We believe this collaboration with CyberAgent will significantly contribute to providing a more comfortable travel experience by extending matsuri's function as accommodation infrastructure, increasing customer satisfaction, by adding value to the accommodation experience matsuri provides.

What is StayX "StayX" is a solution that maximizes spatial value with software as its core. It enables flexibly changing a single space to accommodate various uses. For example, a rental property that could only be rented out for 2 years can be reborn as a facility operated for overnight stays or monthly short-term rentals. Our software covers all aspects of the business, including online customer attraction, real-time inventory management, price adjustment, and AI-based cleaner management, enabling unmanned facility operation. We will create a new form of social infrastructure by solving the labor shortage caused by population decline through the power of software and delivering necessary spaces to those who need them.
