During May and June, our international lunch buffet will feature representative dishes from the Indian and Nepalese regions. An Indian chef, driven by the desire for everyone in Japan to enjoy authentic flavors, has recreated rich aromas and exotic tastes using spices and herbs. We offer authentic dishes made with ingredients and spices that reproduce the true flavors, such as juicy Tandoori Chicken made with whole chicken, aromatic Nepalese steamed dumplings "Momo," and traditional Nepalese Pork Choila.

### About Indian and Nepalese Cuisine

Indian and Nepalese cuisines, nurtured by the magnificent nature around the Himalayas and diverse cultures. While rooted in the same area, their use of spices, staple foods, and flavors differ significantly, each possessing a unique charm. Indian cuisine, enjoyed with rich curries alongside naan and chapati, contrasts with Nepalese cuisine, which features rice as a staple and is characterized by a light and gentle taste, using plenty of vegetables, beans, and fermented ingredients.
