The event will take place on April 1 (Wed) – 12 (Sun), April 18 (Sat) & 19 (Sun), April 25 (Sat) & 26 (Sun), and from April 29 (Wed/Holiday) to May 6 (Wed/Substitute Holiday), 2026.

In this fair, we have further evolved our popular strawberry sweets buffet to bring you "Strawberry Plus." We have curated a lineup of spring-like, glamorous sweets that combine seasonal strawberries with ingredients such as cherry blossoms, chamomile, and pistachio. You can enjoy delicate flavors "added" to strawberries, such as Hiroshima Lemon Mascarpone and Pistachio Mousse Tart. Over 30 varieties, including sweets and light meals, will be available.

Special desserts finished right before your eyes for you to enjoy fresh

We also offer special desserts finished by our pastry chefs right in front of you. You can enjoy the rich and fragrant "Caramelized Basque Cheesecake with Milk Sauce and Strawberries," and the "Strawberry Brûlée Parfait," which combines a crispy, fragrant brûlée with sweet and sour strawberries, both served with the deliciousness that only freshly made desserts can provide.
