Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel (Location: Wakakusa-cho, Higashi-ku, Hiroshima; General Manager: Hiroyuki Yamamoto) is pleased to announce the "Strawberry Plus" sweets buffet, held at the lobby-level (L) buffet restaurant "Bridge." The event will take place on April 1–12, April 18–19, April 25–26, and from April 29 to May 6, 2026.
This fair elevates our highly acclaimed strawberry sweets buffet into "Strawberry Plus." We have curated a spring-inspired, vibrant selection of sweets that pair seasonal strawberries with ingredients like cherry blossoms, chamomile, and pistachios. Guests can enjoy delicate flavors "added" to strawberries, such as Hiroshima Lemon Mascarpone and Pistachio Mousse Tart. Over 30 varieties of sweets and light meals will be available.

We also offer special desserts prepared by our pastry chefs in front of you. Enjoy the rich, aromatic "Caramelized Basque Cheesecake with Milk Sauce and Strawberries" and the "Strawberry Brûlée Parfait," which combines crispy, fragrant brûlée with sweet and sour strawberries, served fresh.
