About the API Integration Feature

The L-step API integration feature allows direct connection between L-step and external systems such as internal corporate systems, EC sites, CRMs, and AI. This enables programmable operations like retrieving friend lists, updating tags, and fetching chat history.

Furthermore, the currently provided API is the first phase. We plan to continuously expand the API suite based on customer requests and use cases.

② Generative AI Integration User questions are sent to the AI, and the generated answers are instantly replied to via LINE. This realizes automated responses for specialized inquiries and diagnostic content 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without human intervention.

③ Core System (CRM) Integration When 'membership rank' or 'person in charge' changes within an internal system, that information is automatically reflected in L-step's friend data and tags. This eliminates double management of data and manual CSV import tasks.

④ Spreadsheet Integration Automatically output the L-step friend list to a spreadsheet. By simply rewriting values on the sheet, L-step tag information can be bulk-operated from the outside, allowing even massive amounts of customer data to be efficiently managed on a spreadsheet.
