Webinar: 'What is Missing to Embed Generative AI in the Workplace?' for Large Enterprises

JTP Co., Ltd., in cooperation with Majisemi Co., Ltd., has announced a webinar for large enterprises titled 'What is Missing to Embed Generative AI in the Workplace?'

In many companies, understanding of the basic usage and potential of AI is spreading through generative AI training and internal study sessions. However, to move beyond use by a few interested individuals and achieve organizational business results, simply acquiring knowledge is insufficient. It requires the ability to organize one's own business objectives, deliverables, and scope of judgment, and to design how AI will be incorporated into business processes.

Although opportunities to learn about generative AI are increasing, many cases remain where, after training, participants 'understand it seems convenient but cannot envision how to use it in their own work' or 'tried it but it did not lead to continuous business improvement.' The background to this includes the 'Understanding' barrier, where the mechanisms, capabilities, and limitations of generative AI are not fully understood, preventing a clear image of its use; the 'Business Application' barrier, where it is difficult to specify which tasks and how to incorporate AI for effective results; and the 'Settlement' barrier, where concerns about quality and security limit usage to a few people. It is important to start from the understanding gained in training, translate it into on-site business challenges, and bridge the gap to a state of continuous use.

This seminar will explain how to cultivate the 'autonomous management capability' and 'work design capability' necessary to embed generative AI in the workplace, based on JTP's experience in generative AI introduction and human resource development support. The short-term intensive boot camp, with a maximum of 8 participants, will progress from identifying target tasks, theme selection, requirement definition, prototyping, verification, to presenting results over three months. It is a hands-on program where participants actually work on environments and applications usable in their business. Furthermore, the seminar will introduce how workshop-centered training can concretize the image of business application and bring it closer to a usable state on-site, incorporating training results and participant feedback from companies that have adopted the program.

The target audience includes department heads and above in HR and DX divisions promoting generative AI use in large enterprises, management personnel who feel that on-site use remains limited after training, and those facing challenges in selecting PoC themes for generative AI application.
