MAISON CACAO, an aroma raw chocolate brand originating from Kamakura (Founder: Shingo Ishihara), will release a new sweet 'Raw Chocolate Banana Pie' exclusively at its Kamakura main store to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the brand's founding. The brand's origin flavor, 'chocolate banana', is presented as a freshly made pie. It is a special item where the overlapping textures and flavors change with every single bite.

'Raw Chocolate Banana Pie' (756 yen including tax)

A creation layering homemade raw caramel, custard cream, banana, and chantilly cream on a crispy, crunchy croissant dough, finished with thinly shaved chocolate on top. The different textures and flavors overlap, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness unique to a freshly made pastry.

To commemorate the brand's anniversary, it will be sold in limited quantities daily starting Saturday, April 25, 2026. Sales will end as soon as they are sold out.
