Magic Software Japan K.K. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshio Sato; hereinafter "Magic Software") announces that its parent company, Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (Headquarters: Israel), has become a subsidiary of the major Israeli IT services firm Matrix IT Ltd. following an integration (intra-group reorganization).

This development follows the completion of merger procedures between Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. and Matrix IT Ltd. Both companies belong to the Formula Systems group and have been integrated as part of an internal group reorganization. Through this, Magic Software Enterprises will further strengthen its global software development and IT service delivery structure under Matrix IT.

Matrix IT Ltd. is one of Israel's largest IT services companies, with a proven track record in a wide range of fields, including software development, system integration, and digital transformation support. This integration combines the application development platform and data integration technology—the core strengths of Magic Software Enterprises—with Matrix's comprehensive IT service capabilities, enabling the provision of more comprehensive and advanced solutions.
