Magic Software Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshio Sato; hereinafter: Magic Software) is pleased to announce that our parent company, Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (Headquarters: Israel), has become the parent company following its integration (intra-group reorganization) with Matrix IT Ltd., a leading IT services company in Israel.

This integration is a result of the completion of the merger procedures between Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. and Matrix IT Ltd. Both companies, as part of the Formula Systems group, have been integrated as part of an intra-group reorganization. Through this, Magic Software Enterprises will further strengthen its global software development and IT service provision capabilities under Matrix IT.

Matrix IT Ltd. is one of the largest IT service companies in Israel, with a proven track record in a wide range of fields including software development, system integration, and digital transformation support. This integration will combine Magic Software Enterprises' strengths in application development platforms and data integration technologies with Matrix's comprehensive IT service capabilities, enabling the provision of more comprehensive and advanced solutions.

Furthermore, following this integration, there will be no changes to the business operations, product, or service offerings in the Japanese market, and we will continue to provide services with peace of mind to our customers and partners.
