Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to express dreams. This press release is the dream of "HYK Co., Ltd. / Sapporo Madeleine Honpo Madomadore."

We are "Madomadore (operated by HYK Co., Ltd.)," baking madeleines in Sapporo. To be honest, our journey so far has been through an endless darkness of successive earthquakes and a pandemic that brought the world to a halt. Our numbers plummeted, and at one point, we almost stopped. However, at that rock bottom, what we chose was not to chase sales, but to "give shape to what only a small company can do."

Precisely because it was a difficult time, we resolved to protect the minds and bodies of our colleagues. As a result, we received certification for "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Bright 500) for 3 consecutive years" and "Sports Yell Company+". Furthermore, we continued to give back to the community and were recognized as a "Sapporo Machizukuri Smile Company Gold". Our challenge also resides in our products; madeleines baked by a "Rice Flour Meister" with colleagues with disabilities received the "Social Products Award" as a product that solves social issues. These are not mere titles, but "proof of hope" that we desperately kept alight amidst adversity.

Ignite Passion in the Community with Sweets and Soccer

We are now moving not only within the company but also the community. We host our own "Madomadore Soccer Tournament," where children eagerly chase the ball and adults cheer them on with all their might. Through sports, we nurture mind and body and weave bonds across generations. At the heart of that passion are always our madeleines.

Our April Dream: Three "Healths" to the World

Our dream is to shape a future where "the company, the community, and the Earth can be healthy," with this small factory in Sapporo as its core.
