M&A Corporation (Itami City, Hyogo), which specializes in creating commercial facilities and stores, will exhibit at the Itami Open Factory "Arcoba! 2026" held on Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23, 2026.

At the M&A venue, in addition to factory tours and opening the company building, we will hold an experiential workshop where all participants work together to create a "local food supermarket."
A supermarket emerges inside the factory. Vegetable section, fish section, meat section, snack section...

Participants will wear helmets and, while looking at blueprints, construct sales floor booths just like in actual space creation. Through five workshop sessions, one "food supermarket" will be completed by the end. How are the supermarkets and stores we visit casually every day made? This is a project where you can experience the "behind-the-scenes of space creation" while having fun.
To a factory where "creating" mixes across generations: junior high, high school, university students, and craftsmen.
At this year's M&A venue, the project is progressing with the involvement of various generations from the community.
Students from Itami Kita Junior High School who visited M&A for their "Try-Yaru Week" (work experience week) are creating photo props and goods to liven up "Arcoba!"

Students from the Global Co-creation Course (GCC) at Itami Municipal Itami High School are tackling a project to solve corporate "wastefulness" by creating ideas using scrap and waste materials. In manufacturing, scrap and waste materials are inevitably generated. Instead of "throwing them away," can they be "turned into something valuable?" The high school students actually visited the factory, engaged in dialogue with craftsmen and employees, and are advancing a project that connects social issues with manufacturing. Their ideas might take shape at Arcoba!

Local university students are also among the volunteer staff.
On the day of the event, goods from "Pellicano," a chilled sweets shop run by Osaka University students, are also scheduled to be sold.
Due to food hygiene reasons, the sweets themselves will not be sold this time, but you can enjoy the world of "Pellicano" through original goods planned and produced by the students.
Many local university students from Mukogawa Women's University, Osaka University of Economics, and Kobe University have been participating as operational staff from the planning stage.

In addition, the venue will be held as an "open factory space" that both adults and children can enjoy, featuring:
- Factory tours - Free viewing of the company building - Kitchen cars - Sales of goods made from recycled waste materials - Workshops
University students, high school students, junior high students, craftsmen, and local visitors.
We aim to create a space where various generations can mix and enjoy the "factory" as an open place.
