## Lecture Overview
Modeling Business Visualization and Generative AI: Common Language for Business x IT Towards Core System Renovation, 8-Week Practice Introduction
"It's difficult to explain our operations to engineers... it's hard to convey..." ── This is a challenge many companies face when renovating core systems. Yamashita Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Yamashita), with a long history in the welfare equipment business, is promoting "AI-first" DX by expanding its engineering team and actively utilizing generative AI. However, the tribal knowledge and complexity of on-site operations became a barrier to engineers' understanding of the business, posing an unavoidable risk in the core system renovation project that had been postponed.
This seminar will introduce Yamashita's DX initiatives that supported its growth, and a practical case study of the "conceptual modeling" approach applying Enterprise Architecture (EA) by LTS, adopted to mitigate risks.
―What value did generative AI create when utilized as a "thinking partner"?
―What are the key points to achieving essential business understanding and visualization?
―How was the organization and structuring of ambiguous concepts achieved in a short period?
Two project promotion managers from Yamashita and LTS will explain, incorporating real-world situations.
