After working in the personnel department at Nissan Motor and Nissan Europe, he joined Fleishman-Hillard Japan, the world's largest communication consulting company, where he was involved in HR system reform, internal communication, and leadership development. He served as a professor at Tama Graduate School of Business from 2006 and established Life Shift Inc. upon reaching his 60th birthday. He has authored numerous books, including "Personnel Transfers," "MBB: Management of Thoughts" (co-author), and "Innovatorship: Five Powers to Break Your Limits and Open Up the Future." Tsunetaka Ishiyama: Graduated from Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Sociology, completed a master's program at Sanno University Graduate School, and a doctoral program at Hosei University Graduate School, holding a Ph.D. in Policy Studies. After working at NEC, GE, and a U.S.-based life sciences company, he assumed his current position. He serves as a standing director of the Japan Society for Human Resource Management, a standing director of the Japan Society for Professional Training and Development, a director of the Border Crossing Initiative, a director of the Japan Women's Learning Foundation, and is on the advisory board of the Freelance Association.
