Concle Cloud Launches Beta Version of "Project Input AI Agent" - AI Replaces Project Information Input Tasks

Concle Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO Mitsuzumi Shirasawa; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has launched the beta version of its "Project Input AI Agent" as a new feature of "Concle Cloud," an all-in-one AI-powered business management cloud for small and medium-sized construction companies. This AI agent replaces the task of inputting project information based on files such as drawings, specifications, project memos, and site documents, as well as instructions given in natural language.

This feature is an AI agent that supports the organization of project information, which is the starting point of construction work. It aims not only to streamline input tasks but also to facilitate the accumulation and utilization of project data as company assets. In the AI era, the amount of unique data a company possesses and its proper management in a format that AI can easily utilize will determine its competitiveness. Through the "Project Input AI Agent," we will provide an environment where small and medium-sized construction companies can naturally accumulate high-quality data in their daily operations.

Overview

The "Project Input AI Agent" is a function that automatically generates input suggestions for project information simply by uploading documents such as drawings, specifications, project memos, and project information received via email. Users can smoothly proceed with project registration by simply reviewing and correcting the generated content.

Furthermore, Concle Cloud allows for flexible customization of the items to be managed as project information for each company. For example, interior construction companies can add their own unique items such as "whether the site is occupied" or "necessity of protective measures," while exterior wall construction companies can add items like "status of neighbor greetings" or "conditions for scaffolding installation." The AI will then generate input suggestions from the necessary documents.

This will contribute to improving the sales and capacity of small and medium-sized construction companies by speeding up the initial response from project acceptance to estimate commencement, reducing input errors and transcription mistakes, and eliminating the personalization of project management.
