“Everyone, everyone, everyone bloom.” With this slogan, Lorans Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mizuki Fukuju), a flower shop that employs many staff (approximately 70% of 140 employees) facing challenges with disabilities or serious illnesses, will begin selling Mother's Day flower gifts from April 15, 2026.

You can choose from fresh flower bouquets, dry flowers, and fresh flower box arrangements at our online shop and three stores in Tokyo.

[1] First, "The Characteristics of Lorans' Flowers" that we want to convey to you

Fresh Flower Bouquet

① We complete one flower by connecting each person's "ability."
Lorans employs over 100 staff (approximately 70% of 140 employees) who face challenges with disabilities. While a typical flower shop has about 3 processes from order to shipment, Lorans subdivides the process into 10 steps such as "flower pre-treatment, flower creation, wrapping, and transport." One flower is completed by layering each person's "ability" and passing the baton.

Beyond simply "doing," we imbue the product with the "joy of accomplishment." The number of people involved until the flowers reach you is up to 30. We cherish the creation and delivery of our products, wishing that the desire to "be a person who makes others bloom" spreads to those who receive our products, as each person blossoms in their own way.

We have a system that supports "working."
To ensure that staff facing challenges can continue to work long-term and stably, Lorans has a specialized team called the "Human Support Team."
There are two supervisors with different roles: one for "work matters" and another for "physical and mental well-being." By separating these consultation windows, we eliminate the anxiety that "if I say I'm not feeling well, I might not get work," creating an environment where people can work with peace of mind. ② Giving flowers a "second life." We utilize non-standard "loss flowers®".
For our dry flower products, we process and utilize "loss flowers®." Loss flowers® are flowers that, despite blooming beautifully, do not meet specifications, or flowers that remain unsold at markets or shops, or flowers used for events like weddings and celebrations that have served their short-term purpose and are to be discarded.

We are committed to "cherishing flowers until the end." We take flowers that graced a grand stage or were scheduled for disposal as non-standard, carefully dry them, and transform them into dry flowers with new appeal.
Please enjoy the changing textures over time and the brilliance they hold after their role is complete.

We offer 8 types of wrapping paper, each expressing one of the "9 Values" set for Lorans' "Be people who make others bloom."
The exterior of the wrapping paper is Lorans' brand color, Warm Gray. It's a color we cherish, born from the idea of creating a warm, nurturing environment like soil where people can bloom. The slogan "Everyone, everyone, everyone bloom" is written on it. The words written on the interior of the wrapping paper are all different for each of the 8 types. For Mother's Day bouquets, the wrapping paper with the word "Saki" (咲) will be used. (Saki: Waiting to bloom. Enjoy all the changes until blooming. Even the struggling moments are beautiful.)
