Challenges Faced by the Field: Voices of Visitors

Throughout the exhibition period, visitors continuously flocked to the booth, engaging in lively dialogues with staff. What emerged were the following real-world concerns faced by the field:

・Challenges in creating and operating actual transport management records

・Challenges in securing drivers (especially for medium to long-distance routes)

・Challenges in securing warehouse workers and temporary storage space during peak seasons

・Challenges in information sharing from the perspectives of prime contractors, usage transportation, and actual transportation

We specifically explained how our solutions could be utilized in response to the challenges and consultations received from visitors. Many requests for business negotiations and detailed explanations were received, indicating a high level of interest in each solution.

"25 App" Introduction Corner Showcased Feature Introduction Video

Among the exhibits, the "25 App" introduction corner, featuring the "25 App" easy-link app for transportation sites launched in February 2026, received particularly significant feedback.

Feature introduction videos and short videos of the "25 App" were repeatedly screened on monitors installed in the booth, explaining the series of steps from creating delivery requests to vehicle number communication, completion reports with images, and automatic creation of actual transport management records. Many visitors stopped to watch the videos, as they could visualize specific usage scenarios through the footage, and the following comments were received at the booth:

・"I can't believe information scattered across paper and emails can be so simply centralized!"

・"It's truly a blessing that the management records are automatically generated!"

・"Our site could use this immediately!"

These reactions highlighted that the hassle, omissions, leaks, and increased burden of management tasks due to legal revisions, caused by information being scattered across paper, email, and phone, are pressing issues across the entire industry. The high interest in the "25 App" directly reflects the magnitude of the challenges faced by the field.

Logi-Tech's open seminar "Easy Linking of Transportation Requests × Vehicle Number Communication × Completion Reports with the '25 App'," held on April 9 (Thursday), also attracted many visitors.

Kazumasa Asakura, Manager of New Business Promotion, who took the stage, introduced the current state of transportation operations, responses to legal revisions, and how the "25 App" is useful in specific scenarios of actual work processes. The venue was almost full, and it was impressive to see participants diligently taking notes. These reactions also suggested that many companies face challenges in creating and managing actual transport management records.
