Key features include location-based job search, articles explaining dispatch work, and approximately 80% of job listings being accessible to candidates without qualifications or prior experience. The platform also offers both long-term and short-term positions and free job consultations. Lofty Inc. was established on October 21, 2002, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2027. Its mission is to create new ways of working, providing comprehensive human resources services.
