[Media Invitation] Former TBS Announcer Tomohiro Ishii, Olympian Kumiko Okada, and Others Gather for 'LOCOK Track and Field Club' New Leadership Announcement

The 'LOCOK Track and Field Club,' operated by LOCOK Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daiki Ishii), is pleased to announce its new leadership structure effective April 1st. Former TBS announcer **Tomohiro Ishii has been appointed as GM (General Manager)**, Olympic racewalking representative **Kumiko Okada as coach**, and former Olympic 10,000m representative **Kankan Sekine as Academy Director**. Accordingly, a press conference will be held on April 21st to announce the launch of the new 'LOCOK Track and Field Club' structure and the new project, 'PROJECT: If you do it, you can do it!'. On the day, **Tomohiro Ishii**, **Kumiko Okada**, and affiliated athlete and Japanese racewalking representative **Koko Umeno** will be on stage. The full scope of this project and a new form of education where athletes become 'living textbooks' will be presented.

**■ Director & GM: Tomohiro Ishii**

I am Tomohiro Ishii, and I have been appointed as the General Manager (GM) of the LOCOK Track and Field Club. Until now, as an announcer for TBS, I have been involved in numerous sports events, including the 'World Athletics Championships,' conveying the passion of the field as a caster and reporter. The experience of witnessing the joy and sometimes cruel setbacks of top athletes competing under extreme pressure to reach the world's pinnacle is an irreplaceable asset in my life. LOCOK operates the 'Tsukushikai Early Childhood Classroom,' which has a history of over 35 years and provides a thorough character education unparalleled in the world. I myself was one of the children who learned at Tsukushikai in my childhood.

'Making 'if you do it, you can do it' a habit,' 'pursuing without giving up,' and 'respecting courtesy and manners' - these are all the most important foundational teachings for a person that I learned at Tsukushikai.
