Certified as a Welfare Promotion Corporation in "HatarakuYell 2026"

Link and Motivation Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshio Ozasa; Stock Code: 2170; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been certified as a Welfare Promotion Corporation in "HatarakuYell 2026," a welfare award and certification system sponsored by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

What is HatarakuYell?

A system that recognizes companies, organizations, and local governments (hereinafter referred to as "corporations") that focus on enhancing and utilizing employee benefits. With the aim of further promoting and developing employee benefits, it recognizes and certifies corporations that implement excellent employee benefits, as well as ambitious corporations that intend to improve their employee benefits. To date, a total of 877 corporations have been recognized and certified.

Evaluation Points and Our Initiatives

For this certification, the following was recognized: "The Company's broad recognition of the purpose of employee benefits, extending beyond talent acquisition and retention to include means of utilizing diverse employees, improving employee productivity, and boosting employee motivation, and the high regard given to the role of employee benefits." We recognize this as an evaluation of our approach, which views various systems, including employee benefits, as management messages and designs them with consistent philosophy.

Our Group positions its human resource system as a "management message that indicates expectations and the direction of growth for each employee from the company." Therefore, the objective is to increase the degree of empathy towards our philosophy through these systems. Based on this concept, we have established a basic policy of embedding clear expectations into each system and are engaged in unique system design.
