What is Hataraku Yell?

Hataraku Yell is a system that recognizes companies, organizations, and local governments (hereinafter "entities") that focus on enhancing and utilizing employee welfare. With the goal of further popularizing and developing welfare benefits, the system awards and certifies entities that implement excellent welfare programs, as well as those with a strong desire to enhance their welfare offerings in the future. To date, a total of 877 entities have been awarded or certified.

Evaluation Points and Our Initiatives

In this certification, the Company was evaluated for its "high positioning of the role of employee welfare, recognizing its purpose not only for recruitment and retention but also as a means of utilizing diverse employees, improving labor productivity, and raising employee motivation." We believe this reflects the Company's philosophy of viewing various systems, including welfare, as management messages and designing them with consistency.
