Shiso Jutaku, newly joining the Ifulhome franchise network, has been a locally rooted construction firm since its founding in 1973, primarily serving the Himeji area. The company specializes in custom wooden frame houses using traditional post-and-beam construction methods and also undertakes commercial building projects, large-scale renovations, and real estate operations, demonstrating diverse construction experience and strong responsiveness. However, in response to rapid changes in the market environment and increasingly diverse customer needs, the company recognized the necessity of establishing new customer acquisition strategies, introducing sales approaches focused on performance, and improving operational efficiency and system utilization through digital tools.

We determined that introducing Ifulhome's nationally proven brand strength and established franchise system could provide solutions to these challenges.
