As the first phase of this system, Fiace Home Hikone Store (Address: Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture; Company Name: Nagaju Construction Co., Ltd.; Representative: Yoshihiro Matsui) will open and begin operating "Ogaki Online Shop" and "Gifu Minami Online Shop" in April 2026, targeting the neighboring "Ogaki Area" and "Gifu Minami Area" of Gifu Prefecture.

■ Background and Purpose of Introduction

Recently, customers' information gathering for home building has rapidly shifted online. Fiace Home aims to attract potential customers via online channels, thereby expanding its customer base beyond traditional store catchment areas (increasing customer numbers and preventing lost opportunities) as a customer acquisition method adapted to this era. Furthermore, this system also serves the purpose of confirming market needs in areas where Fiace Home currently has no stores, with the aim of establishing a foothold for opening multiple stores in the future.

1. A New Customer Service Style Integrating Online and Real Experiences

Prioritizing customer convenience, initial "home building consultations" can be conducted face-to-face at cafes or commercial facilities near the customer's home, or online using tools like Zoom. For actual equipment, consultations can be held at the LIXIL Gifu Showroom or Nagoya Showroom, and for the building itself, customers can experience indoor comfort at the Fiace Home Hikone Store or a concept house in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. A Fiace Home concept house is also planned to open in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture, in autumn this year, making the Fiace Home building experience even more accessible.

2. Proposal of "Shiga Standard High-Insulation, High-Airtightness Homes" to Overcome Gifu's Unique Climate

The Ogaki and Gifu Minami areas, where the online shops will open, have a severe climate with very hot summers and cold, strong winds known as "Ibuki-oroshi" in winter. Fiace Home Hikone Store usually builds homes according to Shiga Prefecture's stricter insulation standards (Regions 5 and 4), and will apply its high-performance panel construction method's high airtightness and insulation performance directly to the Gifu area. This will allow them to propose comfortable homes that offer "lifelong peace of mind" with reduced utility costs.

3. Smooth Customer Guidance through Dedicated Web Pages and System

Information about the online shops will be published on Fiace Home's official store search and event reservation sites, establishing a system environment that allows customers to easily access and book online consultations and various events without confusion.
