Fukushima Pivot 1st Phase Renewal Opening Additional Information!

JR East Tohoku General Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, President: Toshinori Hazama, hereinafter "LiViT"*) is proceeding with renovations for a grand opening within 2026 at "Fukushima Station West Exit Power City Pivot" (1-1 Sakaemachi, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, hereinafter "Fukushima Pivot"), with the aim of creating "a vibrant town that is easy to live in, and a place where the town and people connect." Following the first phase renewal opening on Saturday, March 28, 2026, the supermarket "Shokuseikatsu ♥♥ (Love Love) Lopia" (hereinafter, Lopia), which will be the first Lopia store in Fukushima Prefecture, will open on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Additionally, "Culture Communication," a vocational training school and CBT test center, will open on Friday, April 24, 2026, creating a new community space. Furthermore, in early summer, Fujiya's new cafe and sweets brand "Peko-chan Milky Time" will open for the first time in Tohoku. With the addition of a variety of stores and services that support daily life, we aim to create "a space where the town and people connect" towards "a vibrant town that is easy to live in," with the concept of "connecting towns and people." *LiViT (Ribitto) is our company's nickname, derived from "Live" + "Visit" + "TOHOKU."
