Establishment of LIVENT Inc. for Live Streaming, Event Production, and TikTok Marketing — Minoru Iwaki, President & CEO of Mynet, Appointed as Advisor

LIVENT Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junki Yoshiyama; hereinafter "LIVENT") is pleased to announce its establishment on January 30, 2026.

Additionally, we announce that Mr. Minoru Iwaki, President and CEO of Mynet Inc. (TSE Standard: 3928), has been appointed as an advisor to our company effective April 1, 2026.

Background of Establishment

In recent years, live streaming platforms, particularly TikTok LIVE, have grown rapidly and gained significant presence in the entertainment and marketing domains. However, there are currently few players capable of providing end-to-end support ranging from live streaming planning and production to creator development, ad operations, and community building.

LIVENT was established to build a one-stop support system centered on "live streaming, event production, TikTok marketing, and community marketing." This is based on the expertise in the gaming × live streaming sector that our representative, Yoshiyama, cultivated at broadcasting platforms such as ByteDance (TikTok LIVE), Mirrativ, and Mildom.

Business Overview of LIVENT

LIVENT will operate the following businesses to comprehensively support clients' marketing challenges from upstream to downstream.

Live Broadcasting and Event Production
Planning, production, and operation of official game broadcasts, e-sports tournaments, and offline events.

TikTok LIVE Agency
Creator development and management starting from TikTok LIVE, as well as planning, designing, and project development for live streaming.

Advertising and SNS Operations
Production of short videos for TikTok / X / YouTube, SNS account management, and ad creative production and operation.

Community Commerce
Building LINE / Discord communities, live commerce support, and support for utilizing TikTok Shop.

Online Salons and Schools
Planning and operational support for online salons and schools targeting creators.

IP Marketing
Planning and execution support for marketing and promotional strategies utilizing popular IPs.

Regarding the Appointment of the Advisor

To accelerate LIVENT's business growth, Mr. Minoru Iwaki, President and CEO of Mynet Inc. (TSE Standard: 3928), assumed the role of advisor to our company on April 1, 2026.

Mr. Iwaki is an executive with extensive achievements in the gaming and entertainment industry. He previously led the launch and global expansion of the smartphone games business at SEGA and served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Mirrativ. He assumed the role of President and CEO of Mynet in 2023, successfully achieving a V-shaped recovery in the company's performance. He will provide advice on LIVENT's management strategy and business development from his standpoint of leading a TSE Standard-listed company.

Furthermore, our representative Yoshiyama worked under Mr. Iwaki on the streaming platform business during his time at Mirrativ, and through this connection, Mr. Iwaki agreed to serve as an advisor upon the establishment of LIVENT.

Over the past few years, I have been deeply immersed in the live streaming field, operating streaming platforms at Mirrativ and Mildom, and launching the TikTok LIVE Gaming department at ByteDance. Through this, I became convinced that live streaming is not just a method of delivering content, but a marketing infrastructure that fundamentally changes the relationship with fans.

On the other hand, there are still very few players who can handle everything end-to-end, from planning, production, and creator development to ad operations and community building. I want to solve the challenges I saw from inside the platforms, but this time from the outside. That is why I launched LIVENT.

Mr. Iwaki, who supported me during my time at Mirrativ, will provide advice based on his deep knowledge of the gaming industry and his perspective on listed company management. Although we are still a small team, we aim to become an entity in the live streaming × marketing domain where people can say, 'You can't go wrong if you leave it to LIVENT.'
