Tokyu Livable, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Shunichi Kobayashi) hereby announces the opening of its new real estate brokerage office, 'Noborito Center' (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Please note that the official start of business operations will be Thursday, April 2, 2026.

■ A Prime Location: Accessible via Two Lines and Situated on the Main Street of a Redevelopment Area
The new office will be located on the 3rd floor of the 'Hamaya Building,' constructed in September 2024, along the 'Noborito No. 2 Road,' a new main street completed in 2023. It is a highly convenient location with excellent access from multiple directions, situated a 5-minute walk from Noborito Station (JR Nambu Line and Odakyu Odawara Line) and a 2-minute walk from Mukogaoka-Yuen Station (Odakyu Odawara Line), providing access to two stations and two railway lines.

The Noborito area is a region where land readjustment projects and station-front redevelopment are being actively pursued based on the 'Noborito/Mukogaoka-Yuen Station Area Urban Development Vision.' In addition to the development of station-front plazas and pedestrian decks, large-scale residential supply is expected, including a high-rise condominium tower scheduled for completion in fiscal year 2029, pointing toward future market expansion.
