(hereinafter "Trust Bank"), which operates "Pochipasu," a support record and performance management system for welfare facilities for people with disabilities, a wholly-owned group company as of April 1, 2026. We also announce that Atsuya Hasegawa has been newly appointed as the Representative Director of Trust Bank on the same date, replacing the previous Representative Director.

Meanwhile, "Pochipasu," provided by Trust Bank, is a cloud service that allows users to easily access and centrally manage complex user information, attendance management, wage calculation management, and support record/performance management from tablets and smartphones at facilities such as employment transition support and employment continuation support (Type A/Type B). Its intuitive operability and functions tailored to on-site needs have earned high praise from many welfare service providers.

Through this group integration, LITALICO will integrate its accumulated management and operational support know-how for welfare service providers with "Pochipasu's" on-site data recording and management functions.
