List Co., Ltd., a comprehensive real estate company, is set to grand open a new dance studio, 'The Port by List,' in Yamashita-cho, Yokohama, on July 4, 2026, and will begin offering dance lessons. Inspired by the port town of Yamashita-cho, the studio is built on the concept of a 'port where people gather, interact, and create new value.' It aims to be a hub where dancers, artists, local children, and young people can naturally congregate, fostering exchange across genres and generations. Located just a one-minute walk from Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, the studio is a community-focused facility welcoming everyone from kids and beginners to those aiming for a professional career. Through collaboration with 'List::X,' a D.LEAGUE team owned by List, the studio provides an environment where students can learn directly from active D.LEAGUE dancers. The facility also features a cafe and lounge, serving as a 'third place' for the community.
