List Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Hisashi Kitami, Head Office Location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and List International Realty Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Hisashi Kitami, Head Office Location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), both comprehensive real estate companies, hereby announce that they have decided to change the name of their "Tokyo Office" to "Tokyo Head Office" and adopt a dual headquarters system with the current head office and the Tokyo Head Office, effective April 1, 2026.

The registered head office location will continue to be Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and we will build an operational structure that leverages the functions of both locations.

This time, by changing the name of the "Tokyo Office" to "Tokyo Head Office" and adopting a dual headquarters system, we aim to further enhance our public relations and marketing functions, and thereby promote business expansion and strengthen our recruitment capabilities.
