In large enterprises, 45.0% are in the 'implementation phase' of DX advancement, an 8.6-point increase from the previous year

When asked 'Q1. What is the current status of DX advancement in your company?' (n=111), 45.0% responded 'Implementation phase (actively advancing)', 29.7% 'Initial phase (partially started)', and 16.2% 'Planning phase (under consideration)'.

The main cause of stalled DX projects is most frequently attributed to issues in the 'requirements definition phase'

When asked 'Q3. At which stage do you believe DX projects most commonly stall?' (n=111), 'Requirements definition phase' rose to 64.0%, becoming the sole top response, surpassing 'Implementation phase' (37.8%) by a significant margin, whereas it was tied for first place last year.

Generative AI can replace 'information gathering/research' and 'document creation,' but not 'purpose design/planning' or 'stakeholder coordination/decision-making'

When asked 'Q4. Which skills or tasks do you believe can be replaced (entrusted) to generative AI?' (n=111), 'Information gathering/research' was the highest at 71.2%, followed by 'Document creation' at 66.7%. In contrast, 'Purpose design/planning' and 'Stakeholder coordination/decision-making' were cited as skills that cannot be replaced.

The top skill required for core DX talent is 'IT planning ability'

When asked 'Q5. What skills or abilities do you believe are most essential for core talent to successfully drive DX projects? (Multiple answers, up to three)' (n=111), 'IT planning ability (linking business and IT)' ranked first at 49.5%, followed by 'Leadership and influence' at 48.6%.
