Co-op Sapporo and Linough Inc. have partnered with seven rental management companies in Sapporo to provide a 'New Life Support Set' containing Co-op Sapporo daily necessities to new tenants of eligible properties, starting in April 2026. This service utilizes Co-op Sapporo's delivery network and Linough's management system to provide convenience to tenants. The set includes items such as tissues, toilet rolls, natural water, rice, and eggs. Hideaki Omi, Chairman of Co-op Sapporo, stated that they want to support new lives by leveraging their delivery network as regional infrastructure. Kiyoshi Takizawa, CEO of Linough, expressed their commitment to creating new value in real estate and plans to expand the partnership further.
