Actress Nao × 20th Anniversary Ayaka First Collaboration "Levwell" New Commercial to Air from May 11 (Monday)

Levwell Co., Ltd. (https://corp.levwell.jp/), which operates human resources and SaaS businesses in the medical, welfare, and healthcare industries, will begin airing its new commercial "Decisions of People Around You" for "Levwell," a job and career change platform specializing in the medical, nursing care, childcare, and healthcare industries, from May 11, 2026 (Monday).

This third installment in the CM series, which began in 2024, once again features actress Nao playing three roles: nurse, caregiver, and childcare worker. She delicately expresses the emotional fluctuations of contemplating one's own future after being inspired by a close person's career change. The CM song is "WELL-come," a new song written by singer-songwriter Ayaka, who celebrates her 20th anniversary in 2026, specifically for this commercial.

Highlights of the CM

In the nurse role, Nao is depicted during a night shift at the staff station, hearing about a senior colleague's career change. Just as she is about to say, "Actually, me too..." her PHS rings, and she swallows her words as she heads to a patient.

In the caregiver role, while assisting a colleague on their last day, a resident of the facility tells the colleague, "You won't know if you've found the right place until you move." Nao's subtle change in expression as these words sink in is a highlight.

Furthermore, in the childcare worker role, a junior colleague tells her, "I've decided to go back to my hometown." Nao then feels a sense of relief when the colleague adds, "I plan to continue being a childcare worker there," and her delicate acting as she ponders her own future is a must-see.

Filming Episode

Nao spent a full day filming the nurse, caregiver, and childcare worker scenes. In the initial caregiver scene, under the guidance of an assistance instructor, she challenged herself to move a resident from a bed to a wheelchair. Her earnest attitude was impressive, as she meticulously refined even the smallest movements to mimic the actions of actual caregivers.

In the childcare worker scene, she appeared with her bangs up and wearing a pink apron. Following the director's instruction to "value the pauses," she exquisitely expressed surprise and confusion in response to her colleague's remarks. She also showed natural and warm acting when reacting to children's voices.

In the final nurse scene, despite some initial confusion with the unfamiliar PHS, she smoothly took it out of her chest pocket during the actual take. She delicately portrayed the frustration of not being able to confide in her senior colleague with "Actually, me too..." through her expressions and timing.

Despite filming all day, Nao maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout the shoot, interacting with co-stars and staff with smiles during breaks. Her bright personality, which brightened the set, left a lasting impression on the day.
