When asked about their current intention to change jobs, approximately 70% indicated they are considering it, combining those who are "already job hunting (15.4%)," "want to change jobs within a year (26.0%)," and "would consider it if there were good conditions or job openings (28.8%)."
Regarding the number of previous job changes, 74.3% of respondents answered "one or more times," indicating that over 70% have already experienced changing jobs.
Furthermore, when those with job-changing experience were asked for their most recent reason, "for income increase (48.7%)" was the most common. This was followed by "wanting to be involved in planning and design (25.4%)" and "wanting to work on large-scale, high-difficulty projects (24.2%)," showing that motivations go beyond just improving compensation...
