As of April 2026, Norito Nakano, President and CEO of eWeLL, has been appointed as an Outside Director, and Hidenori Fukushima joined the company as Executive Officer and CFO in May 2026.

About Outside Director Norito Nakano: President and CEO of eWeLL.
