By combining generative AI to support insurance claim procedures with AI-OCR (Artificial Intelligence Optical Character Recognition) and Large Language Model (LLM) technology for document checking, this multi-agent AI aims to simplify the insurance claim experience by assisting customers with their procedures.

① Customer Support Agent

Interviews customers in a conversational format to ascertain their needs and accident circumstances.

Organizes information in a Q&A format, reducing the customer's burden.

② Accident Reception Agent

Analyzes the content of accident reports entered by customers and checks the completeness and consistency of required items.

Supplements missing information on the spot, enhancing the completeness of information.

③ Document Review Agent
